Jessica has loved her last few months with Jnr LCOM learning lots of musical skills including composition and being part of a band. 

The Jnr LCOM students showcased what they had been working on including harmonising in their vocal workshop!

Jessican has performed at the Launch Party and Annual awards on numerous ocasions and is honoured to be invited to this amazing event celebrating brave Yorkshire Children.

The Yorkshire Children of Courage Awards (YCCA) has captured the imagination of the people of Yorkshire and has grown into an amazing celebration of achievement attended by over 750 people.

As the region’s bravest and most courageous children and young adults are recognised. From those born with challenging, life-limiting conditions, but excelling in the face of their difficulties, to the young fundraisers who have been inspired to make a difference, to those going out of their way to be a tower of strength for family members in need of support – all the winners will be celebrated and have exceptional stories to tell.

Jessica was honoured to be asked to perform at the 'VE Day Celebrations' in Farsley.  The crown was amazing and joined in all of the songs, it was an amazing day celebrating and honouring heroes.

Jessica was thrilled to make it to the final 5 in her age category of 'Unstoppable UK'.  The secret prize is an absolutely fantastic performance opportunity in front of 10000 people so she's practicing hard for the final!

Jessica was thrilled to be asked to support the amazing 'Jamie Lee Harrison' on the Leeds Leg of his Acoustic Tour!

This was Jessica's longest support set yet, she was allowed to sing 6 songs and had an amazing time!  

The audience were great and so was Jamie with his fantastic songs and originals!

Jessica and her band at LCOM were thrilled to be chosen to perform at the Annual Gala!  Their band (all aged between 11 and 14) had only been together literally weeks and to be asked to perform at this fantastic event and on an amazing stage was amazing!

Jessica was over the moon to be nominated for 'Best Female Artist' at the International unsigned Artists Fab Chart Awards 2018!

Jessica was even more delighted at the amount to people who voted for her resulting in her winning!

Jessica was so excited to meet Scott Alan and work on her most favourite song of his 'Never Neverland (Fly Away)'!  

This has been one of Jessica's favourite songs to sing since she was 8 and to actually work on this with the the person who wrote it was an amazing experience she will never forget!

Jessica received a call from the 'Yorkshire Evening Post' just before Christmas to find out she was chosen to be on the YEP Honours list for 2017!  This was amazing to be included especially alongside Prince Harry! All of the people on this list are amazing and deserve recognition for their hard work!

Jessica is absolutely chuffed to announce that she has raised over £1000 for St Gemma's hospice with her Christmas single 'If Everyday Was Christmas'.

Jessica was absolutely delighted to find out that her Christmas Single had gone to No1 on the International unsigned artists Radio Fab Chart!  

The single stayed at No1 2 weeks running and was the 2017 Christmas No1!!

Jessica was on a mission at Xmas 2017.  Performing at Christmas LIght Switch on's, shopping Centres, Christmas Events, Leeds City Centre Etc all to raise as much money for St Gemma's as possible.

Jessica loved being part of St Gemma's Hospice Flag Day, which included a takeover of Leeds City Centre.  Anyone fundraising for St Gemma's Hospice could perform anywhere in the centre.

Jessica was chuffed to make it the Breeze has Talent Finals and also to perform at The Carriageworks Theatre in Leeds!  Jessica opened the show and  sang Bridge Over Troubled Water and received an amazing round of applause!

Jessica has professionally recorded her original Christmas song with the amazing David Stoker!  A full day was spent in the recording studio getting everything just right... the music was created by David himself which included amazing christmas bells, trumpets and magical christmas sounds to make the song even more amazing!

  

Jessica then spent the next full day on an amazing video shoot with the fantastic Dan Charles of UBeat TV.  We had christmas decorations, fairy lights and reindeer antlers, it was very magical even though still in October lol! 

A big thank you to David and Dan of UBeat Productions on their amazing work.

Jessica was pleased to be asked to perform and help the St Gemma's Team to fundraise at Leeds Train Station!  Lots was raised and so much fun too!

  

Jessica was so excited to attend the 2017 Pantomime Launch of 'Cinderella' at Bradford Alhambra!

  

Jessica performed at the Fantastic and very popular Otley Folk Festival at The Black Bull Inn, in aid of Martin House Children's Hospice.   Along with other fantastic and diverse acts it was a wonderful weekend of live music, dancing and fundraising. 

  

Jessica's performances were well received on both days and was honoured to be asked by the organisers to be part of this fantastic and fun event. 

Jessica was absolutely chuffed to be asked to perform at 'Farsley's Annual Music Festival' in aid of Sue Ryder Wheatfield's Hospice.  

There was an amazing line up of music and bands with lots of fun for the family. 

Thank you to Emma at Farsley WMC for asking Jessica, this was Jessica's first real performance in her own village and she received lots of amazing feedback and kind comments. 

Jessica was honoured to be asked by the team at St Gemma's Hospice to perform at their annual Family Fun Day and Classic Car Show at Temple Newsam!

Jessica performed on numerous occasions throughout the day, collection bucket in hand to help raise as much as possible. 

It was a fantastic day, the sunshine came out to make everything even better!  Lots of family fun for everyone and lots of great comments and kind donations. 

Jessica was chuffed to be asked to perform at 'Breeze on Tour' 2017 by the 'Breeze Team'.  

Jessica has performed here for the last 4 years and is always grateful to be asked back. 

Jessica received a great response from the audience and kids and even had some dancing along with her. 

Jessica was over the moon to find out she was through the second stage of 'BHT 2017' after her Audition in July.  

Jessica sang 'Photograph' by Ed Sheeran and received great feedback and advice from the judges! See video below...

Jessica was over the moon to be asked to perform on both days over the Weekend of the Leeds Waterfront Festival.  

She performed at Granary Wharf and at Armley Mills Museum and received fantastic feedback. 

It was very special for Jessica to be a part of this fantastic event in her home Town of Leeds and especially for the Festival's 10th Anniversary!

Jessica was over the moon, to be asked again by the organisers to perform at the annual Kirkstall Festival at Kirkstall Abbey.    This is a fantastic event for all of the family with rides, entertainment, live music and so much more.

Jessica was honoured to be asked by the team at 'St Gemma's Hospice' to perform for their visitors, patients and staff at their Summer Open Gardens Fundraiser. 

Jessica performed in the Gardens, entertaining everyone as they walked around whilst enjoying the beautiful views, stalls and cafe.

Jessica was honoured to be asked to perform at the Annual Pudsey Congsfest to raise money for Rainbow.org and a Community Defibrillator. 

It was a fantastic day with lots of family fun, stalls, facepainting and more.  Lots of great live music by local bands and musicians made a great day for these 2 great causes. 

Jessica performed at the Indivduality round of 'Beyond The Lights - UK' 2017 in Gateshead where she had to show her individuality and voice. 

She sang 'Gimme Gimme' from 'Thoroughly Modern Millie' and received an amazing reaction, she did her family proud!

Jessica received amazing feedback from the Judges at the time as you can hear at the end of the video, she also received some great written feedback too...

Jessica is looking forward to the next round where she has to show 'creativity' and another side to her... she can't wait!

Jessica was thrilled after getting through the auditions of Beyond The Lights UK 2017.  We travelled to Manchester for the audition and was told on the spot and given her Golden Ticket that she was through to the Live Rounds! Jessica decided to show 2 sides of her and sang 'Neverland' by Scott Alan and 'Human' By Rag n Bone Man! She received great feedback at the time and also fantastic constructive written feedback...

Jessica is very excited to be asked (along with 4 other fantastic singers) so support 'Channy' on her 2017 UK Tour!  Jessica will be supporting Channy on sunday 26th March at Blueberry Hill Studios in Leeds!

Jessica was honoured to be asked to volunteer at the St Gemma's Fundraiser at Leeds Train Station in February!

There was a brilliant team of volunteers collecting throughout the station and Jessica helped out by singing different sets of music to entertain Leeds people whilst they passed through the station!

Over £500 was raised in just a few hours making this an amazing team effort by St Gemma's staff and volunteers!

Jessica entered 'The Voice of Leeds' a couple of years ago to raise money

for St Gemma's and has performed at their Garden Parties and more!

Jessica is looking forward to performing again at the annual Summer Garden Party 2017 and also at the Temple Newsam Car Show and Family day in aid of St Gemma's!

Jessica is fundraising for 'Candlelighters Children's Cancer Charity' and performed on Xmas Eve at the Farsley Farmers Market to raise money for them. 

It was a lovely festive morning with market stalls, carolers and chestnuts! Jessica sang a range of festive Christmas songs including her own original Christmas song which had lots of people in tears!

She had a little assistance bucket collector who danced along side her doing a fantastic job! 

Over £80 was raised in just 20 minutes plus the market organisers also donated to Jessica's Just giving page in return for her performing.

Jessica loved singing her Christmas songs and being part of Rodley's First Ever Switch On!!! It was a fantastic night organised by a lovely lady with a great comminity feel!

Jessica was thrilled to be asked to perform at Farsley Lights 2016!

Such a fantastic night and meant so much being in her own village! Jessica has not missed a Farsley Lights Switch on Since she was born!

Yet again another fantastic night where Jessica got to sing her favourite Christmas Songs.  

There was an amazing community spirit with choirs, rides and stalls!

Jessica loved performing at Armley Lights 2016 and was chuffed to be asked by Leeds City Council and the organisers. 

It was a fantastic night for Armley with Xmas Market, Rides and Best Shop window competition!

Radio Aire was also there including Ronnie The Rhino which made a fantastic start to Xmas!

Jessica was very excited to perform her original song 'The Truth About Wings' on UBeat TV hosted by the great Dan Charles. 

Jessica won the 'Best Original Song' at Beyond The Lights earlier in 2016 and so was invited to perform this on TV. 

This was an amazing opportunity that she won't forget. 

Jessica loved getting to perform at Breeze Leeds Arts Festival organised by Leeds City Council at Trinity Kitchen. 

Jessica was excited to perform at Kirkstall Festival will take place in July 2016 in the picturesque grounds of the 12th Century Kirkstall Abbey.

The Festival is probably the largest community festival in Leeds run entirely by volunteers and attracted around 25,000 people.

Jessica can't wait for the 2017 Festival where she will be performing again!

Heart Yorkshire teamed up with the Leeds Rhinos Foundation and Yorkshire Cricket Foundation to stage the 2016 Heart Yorkshire Children's Day at Headingley Carnegie Stadium on Sunday 17th July.

Jessica was over the moon to place 5th and had a wonderful time at the Red Carpet Awards Ceremony! 

Jessica has gained lots of great experience from this little journey and received amazing feedback and advice! This is the first time Jessica has applied for Beyond the Lights UK so to place 5th and win 2 awards was unbelievable.  

She was also extremely excited to see Jack Walton and Nicholas McDonald from 'X Factor' performing live on stage! 

Can't wait for BTLUK 2017!!!

Jessica auditioned for 'Beyond The Lights UK' in January 2016 and was thrilled to make it through to the live rounds!  

Jessica was asked at the audition stage,  to try and move more into current pop songs for the individuality round where she decided to sing a current pop song (Fight Song) and slow it down to an acoustic/piano version!  

The judges loved it and because of her effort to improve herself she won the performer award!  She received some amazing verbal feedback at the time from the judges including 'Jack Walton' (X Factor).  Click her to watch her fab feedback...

Jessica was thrilled to be asked to perform at the 'Garforth Lights Switch on' and the 'Oakwood Clock Light Switch on' as part of Leeds Christmas Lights 2015. 

Jessica sang a range of christmas songs on very cold, wet and windy nights lol but she carried on like a pro and was greatly received by the audiences.

Jessica was honoured to perform for children and their families at the Annual Candlelighters Christmas Party! 

 

This is a fantastic event kindly hosted by the Royal Armouries at no cost to the charity. The event is for all patients on treatment and their brothers and sisters, they even receive a gift from Father Christmas!

Jessica was honoured perform for guests as they arrived at New Dock Hall for the Yorkshire Children of Courage Awards 2015!  The awards are organised by St James Place!  This year raised a staggering £120,000 which will be matched by St James Place!  The awards are to celebrate and recognise amazing Yorkshire Children and to raise funds for charities in Yorkshire.  Guests included the amazing children who were nominated and their families, yorkshire business's, councillors and local celebrities including The Chuckle Brothers, Billy Pearce and was hosted by the fab Steph McGovern!

The final of Teenstar is in just over a week and we would really love your support!

Over 8000 auditioned for Teenstar and Jessica has made it to the final 29 in the pre-teens category which is a massive achievement in itself. We are so proud of how far she has made it, especially for her age and as it's her first time entering Teenstar! To us she is a winner already, however we still want to go in fighting! She is practicing really hard and has put a lot of effort into each performance so far and the final will be amazing! We just need a little help/support from you all x
